In my opinion looking at your goals EVERYDAY even multiple times a day is the crucial piece to achieving your goals. If you spent the time writing, tweaking and finalizing your goals then you owe it to yourself to look at your masterpeice everyday. Think about it like this, if you were going to drive from New York to California would you look at a map just once? Your goals are just like that roadmap. Looking at it frequently will keep you on the road to achieve them. It also will give you feedback if the goals that you wrote down are still the goals that you want to achieve. It is perfectly fine to realize that you want to change direction even after you have begun your trip. What mehtods do you use once you have written your goals. Please share them here.
