Just wanted to thank you for our coaching session this week where we discussed how to connect better with patients through a proper consult. Especially the part about making an emotional connection to their physical problems. I consulted with a couple yesterday for functional medicine where the husband had terrible psoriatic arthritis effecting his joints and skin and bad digestive issues as well. When I asked him how it effects his relationships he looked at his wife and his wife looked at him and they both teared up. He said that he is withdrawn, mildly depressed, and impatient with his wife and kids because of his physical issues. I then said this is why we need to help you. When I got to the end of the consult I asked if he wanted to move forward with further testing or to think it over. Without hesitation he said let’s do this and signed up for $2200 worth of testing. For my area this is a lot of money to spend. Thanks for your great coaching.

I started a woman yesterday who was a High D. In fact she can’t get why people don’t like Trump’s personality.
I did her report today. I kept it short, impactful and to the point. Also, while it’s an expensive care plan, showed how it will save her a lot of money in the future. She signed of without hesitation. I think I would have had trouble with closing that personality in the past. We’ve already more than paid for the Disc testing with one patient.

Her husband just signed up for testing too!
